The government have announced that there is to be a continuation of the stamp duty holiday that has already benefitted huge numbers of purchasers.The continuation does factor in a phased approach, and stamp duty thresholds over the coming months are as follows:
Rates from 8 July 2020 to 30 June 2021
Rates from 1 July 2021 to 30 September 2021
Rates from 1 October 2021
